William Elliott Winstead, known as Bill, passed away on June 8, 2022. Born in Baltimore, MD. was the son of the late Elliott F. Winstead and Gertrude Helen Winstead. Bill was proud of his service in the U.S. Army and a dedicated, conscientious, hardworking security officer. An avid Orioles fan when not working, he enjoyed traveling to different ball parks. Most of all he was a loving brother to four sisters. Private interment will be at the Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery Owings Mills, MD.
