S. Jerome Cain

S. Jerome Cain, 86, passed away after a long struggle of declining health on January 19, 2020 at Paradise Assisted Living in Catonsville, MD. Affectionately known as Jerry, he was born on June 13, 1933 in Baltimore, Md. to the late Laura Buhlman. Jerry grew up in the surrounding area and graduated from Catonsville High School. He spent his career serving several companies, as well as the City of Baltimore. Jerry resided in Westminster, MD. until his retirement in the mid 1990's, he then moved to Ocean Pines, MD. Jerry enjoyed vacationing in the mountains of West VA, boating, listening to music, container gardening and DIY projects at his home. Jerry, loving partner, father and brother is survived by; his long time partner/fiancee Margaret Brand, Berlin, MD; his daughter Sharon and husband Larry Clatchey, Seven Lakes, NC, his son Anthony and wife Abigail Cain, Westminster, MD, his daughter Bonnie and husband Keith Amersbach, St. Denis, MD; and his brother William and wife Susan Buhlman, Nellysford, VA.; as well as, four Grandchildren and three Great Grandchildren. A memorial will be held at a later date.
