Pamela Elizabeth Ledley

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Pamela Ledley, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She left us peacefully at the age of 71, surrounded by the love of her family.

Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Blanche Wolpert and her brother, John Wolpert (Erin). She is survived by her husband, George Ledley Jr.; her cherished daughter, Rachel Wright (Gregory); and her grandson, Theodore Wright. She will be missed by her sisters, Karen Schneider (William), Patricia Watts, brother-in-law, Michael Ledley (Rodger), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. 

Pamela was a graduate of Archbishop Keogh High School (1971) and spent her professional career as a nurse at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Outside of her profession, she found joy in reading and writing and taking care of her beloved cat, Josephine.

A celebration of Pamela’s life will be held at a future date and time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gilchrist Hospice (https://gilchristcares.org/donate/).
