On February 17th, 2022 Nancy Tarbert; Beloved wife of Richard J. Tarbert, Sr.; Loving mother of Richard J. Tarbert, Jr. and his wife Ebony and the late Anthony James Tarbert. Cherished grandmother of Jada and Jace Tarbert. Also survived by a host of loving family and friends. A visitation will be held in MacNabb Funeral Home 301 Frederick Road Baltimore, Maryland 21228 on Monday, February 21st from 2 to 4 PM & 6 to 8 PM. A private cremation will follow. .
