Marcie Shawn Cowie, September 24, 1950, of Maryland passed away on August 10, 2024 under the care of Gilchrist Hospice. She is predeceased by her parents Benjamin and Beverly Herman. There will be a private memorial to be scheduled at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Keeshond Club of America.
