Kevin J Skiffington

Kevin John Skiffington, 72, of Catonsville, Maryland passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 28, 2026 surrounded by his loving family. Kevin was an avid golfer and spent his life devoted to his family, friends, and community.

Kevin was born on May 14, 1954 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania and was the son of the late John and Jean (McAtee) Skiffington. Raised in Greenock, PA, he graduated from Elizabeth Forward High School and Penn Technical Institute. In 1973, Kevin moved to Baltimore, MD and worked for the National Security Agency for almost 40 years before retiring.

Kevin is survived by his beloved wife of almost 49 years Stephanie Provenza Skiffington; beloved father of Angela (Steven R.) Gangloff and Stephen J. Skiffington; loving grandfather to Jacob and Ava Gangloff; brother-in-law John D. Provenza. He is also survived by nephews and extended family.

He is proceeded in death by his parents and his sisters Karen Hawk and Kathleen Landsparger; in-laws Stephen and Anna Provenza.
