Debra Wallace

July 26, 1959 — September 16, 2025

Debra Lynn Wallace (née Frank), a longtime Baltimore County resident, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at the age of 66.

Debra was born to James and Joan Frank and was raised in Baltimore County, Maryland. Her father, James Frank, was a war veteran. Debra was lovingly raised by her grandparents, John and Isabel Bishop, who held a special place in her heart.

Debra Wallace shared a long, loving life with her devoted husband, Jeffrey Jason Wallace. They filled their years with love, laughter, and raising wonderful, compassionate children across generations. Debra was known as “Mom” to many, and she touched the lives of countless friends and family with her warmth and generosity.

She is survived by her younger sisters, Patricia Fulmer and Cathy Frank; her three daughters, Vanessa Gasper (Thomas), Lisa Stap (John), and Nicole Blische (Ronald); her grandchildren, Caden Minter and Logan Stap; and a wide circle of loving cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, along with a community of friends who considered her family.

Debra loved cooking and entertaining and delighted in welcoming others into her home. She was among the kindest and most selfless people, always ready to help anyone in need. More than anything, Debra cherished laughter, and her smile was infectious. She deeply valued her church family.

Her passions included travel, especially cruises and trips to the beach. She enjoyed making homemade jams and cookies to share with others, and found joy in small crafts during her free time. She cherished Sundays, a special rhythm of faith, family, and fellowship.

Debra Lynn Wallace will be laid to rest on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Christian Fellowship Church of God. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Allan delivering a few kind words. The burial will take place from 12:00 p.m. to 12:15 p.m. at Zion Church.

Debra courageously battled lupus for many years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lupus Foundation of America at lupus.org.
