Christine Lee Ames

Christine L. Ames, cherished resident of Ocean City, departed this world on July 6, 2026. Her memory lives on in the hearts of her beloved children: Matthew Ames, Elizabeth Femrite and her husband Jason, Jessica Nyman with her husband Eric, and Daniel Ames alongside his wife Bailey. She was the proud grandmother of nine: Rachel Laning, who is wed to Kyle, Wilson Femrite, Emma Nyman, Nora Femrite, Sadie Femrite, Logan Nyman, Camillo Ames, and Jack Ames. Christine's legacy extends to her great-grandchild, Oakley Laning, and a host of devoted nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass in her honor will be held at St. Agnes Church, Catonsville, on July 17, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. In remembrance of Christine and her love for knowledge, contributions to the Worcester County Library Foundation in her name would be a fitting tribute.
