Charles Thomas Baldwin

Charles Thomas Baldwin, from Baltimore MD, passed away peacefully June 8, 2021 at his home in Halethorpe MD. Born February 14, 1955 in Allegany County MD. Charles was an Army Veteran and loved his family more than anything. He was a comedian who loved to joke and make you laugh. He was very kindhearted and would give you the shirt off his back. He was a huge O’s fan and loved to watch them play. He also loved watching the news. Charles was the devoted son of the late Doris Merritt and Keith Baldwin, brother of the late Edgar Baldwin and uncle of the late Dane Spence. He is survived by his sisters Tammy Baldwin, Leeoda Spence and Mary Baldwin, two brothers George Redhead and Raymond Baldwin, two nieces Betty and Alicia, seven nephews Raymond, John, Keith, Chris, Jimmy, Michael and William, also his nephew/son Tamari along with many other nieces, nephews and other loved ones.
