Cecil Leyander Cowan

We are deeply saddened to announce that Cecil Leyander Cowan passed away on June 2, 2023. He was born on July 30, 1952, in Manchester, Jamaica, and was a cherished family man who will be remembered for his warmth and compassion. Cecil leaves behind his devoted wife, Betty Cowan, and seven loving children: Judith Bulgin, Rohan Cowan, Jhona Cowan, Nekiesha Cowan, Marsha Cowan, Leon Cowan and Richie. Cecil was also a beloved brother to Eric Cowan, Valin Cowan, Donovan Cowan, and Neville Cowan. His many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and friends will deeply miss him.

A service to celebrate Cecil's life will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the MacNabb Funeral Home, P.A. at 301 Frederick Road, Catonsville, MD 21228. This will be a time for family, friends, and loved ones to come together, share stories, and honor the memory of an extraordinary man.
