Carol A. Carroll

On April 22, 2025, the Lord took home Carol A. Carroll (nee Allan, formerly Steinacker). Born 7/30/1941 Age 83. She is now in Heaven with her beloved sons Mark and Billy. Predeceased by husband Wayne and ex husband Bill Steinacker as well 5 of her siblings. Survived by her brother Ed. She is survived by daughter Tracy Seibert, son in law Steve Seibert, and grandchildren Seth and Holli Seibert and Mark McKeever, great grandson Noah; son Dean Steinacker and mate Casey, grandson Justin Steinacker; stepson Wesley Steinacker and wife Lisa; grandchildren Jennifer, Tiffany, Chrystal, Chad, Shawn, Holly, Emily, and many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews. She loved her family deeply. She loved God above all. As a babysitter of over 20 children in her life and former daycare teacher kids brought her joy. She enjoyed her weekly Bingo games with her friends, her Walmart trips, lunches with Justin, cruising with Dean, cheering on her Orioles, going to Wildwood for Mother’s Day adventures with Holli & Tracy, talking to Seth, playing Uno with Noah, teasing Steve. She lived life to the fullest. Always positive, loving, selfless and joyful. She will be greatly missed.

Service will be Saturday 4/26 at Elkridge Baptist Church 5929 Setter Dr Elkridge, MD 21075 with viewing from 10:30-11 and funeral at 11. Food to follow services at the church. No interment as she is being cremated.
