On March 8, 2020, Arthur Herbert Carter, Jr., beloved husband of Candy L. Carter (nee Bellamy), devoted father of Zoey A. Carter, Andrew D. Carter and his wife Jillian, cherished grandfather of Allissia Hartman and Kaylee Carter. Also survived by numerous relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
